Our Partners →Who we are
NSN Red Leopards Basketball Academy CIC is a community-rooted youth development organisation based in East London. We use basketball as a powerful entry point to deliver structured progression pathways — building confidence, leadership, and long-term life outcomes for young people from diverse and often underserved communities.
We run weekly structured sessions in partnership with Future Youth Zone, engaging 15–20 young people per session and over 70 to date.
Our two programme strands serve different stages of the journey. Under 18s develop foundational skills, teamwork, and character. Young Adults (19+) step into leadership by earning coaching qualifications, taking on paid roles, and becoming the next generation of role models in their community.
What we do
Every player joins a structured journey: engagement, development, leadership, employment, aspiration.
Under 18s
Weekly coached sessions building fundamental skills, teamwork and character in a safe, structured environment.
Young Adults 19+
Players step into leadership — earning coaching qualifications, taking on paid roles, and competing in the ULBL.
We don't rush the process. We read the game. And when the moment comes — we deliver.
